WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CAMP VC ?

BRING IT!
A tent / Camper van (as long as you have a camper van pass!) – Otherwise you’ll get pretty cold.
Don’t forget your ID! You’ll need it to get into the event and prove that you are over 18 and for our track and trace records.
Sleeping Pad / air mattress
A warm sleeping bag and pillow (you’ll need these even if you’ve booked a bell tent)
Headlamp/ torch - This is more important than ever on our new amazing site so make sure you bring one! You’ll need this especially going back and forth between our base camp & camping area and those late night toilet trips.
Insect spray - As we’re on a very rural site its deffo worth it to bring mozzy spray!
Wet wipes / face wipes
Sun cream! The weather is very unpredictable so always plan for the worst and the best! :)
Clothes for warm days and cold nights - A warm hat and a warm waterproof jacket are a 100% deffo!
Basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. )
A portable phone charger! There is unfortunately nowhere to charge your phone onsite so if you need that juice invest in a good charger and you’ll be golden!
GEAR - Your riding gear/ motocross gear for any off road riding or enduro classes if you have it.
Suitable footwear/ Walking boots - If you’d like to take part in one of the guided hikes with wild mountain instruction
CASH/ CARD - You can pay for most things onsite with cash but its worth it to bring cards with you too just incase. You’ll definitely need cash for things onsite like the VC bar, our epic CAMP VC raffle, and camp VC t-shirts which you won’t want to miss out on!
Camera / GoPro or an action cam to record all those good times!
Extra fuel for your moto if you have a small tank!
Finally ….Bring the good vibes :) Come with a smile, say hey to your neighbour and if you see someone flying solo introduce yourself! We’re all here because we love motos or wanna get into them so you’re guaranteed to be stood right next to someone you’ll have A LOT in common with guarantee!
PLEASE, LEAVE IT AT HOME!
Buddies without tickets! Yep, it’s happened before.
BBQs, open fires or any cooking apparatus to cook in the camping area. There is a very real risk of wild fire in hot summer months at our venue so please leave them at home.
Non road registered motorcycles - As with any private site the rules and laws of the road still apply as per public roads so no insurance = no riding here.
Alcohol - Only alcohol purchased at the licence VC bar can be consumed at the event. We so price our bar though so its not prohibitive and everyone gets one free Signature brew beer with their ticket! Also watch out for competitions at the bar on Saturday so you can win some free beers for you and your buds!
Pets (except assistance dogs) - Please get in touch with us in advance to plan ahead if this is the case.
Signage, banners or anything to sell onsite.
Gazebos / Easy ups / awnings for your camper van.
Tents bigger than a 4 man tent.
Fire lanterns / fireworks / smoke bombs/ gas burners/ fire pits.
Illegal substances / drugs.
