Ever wanted to try drag but not sure where to start? Well now is your chance with the awesome drag performer Kaan K!
Kaan K (they/them) is a queer and trans performer, writer and facilitator living in Wales. They have used drag as a means to explore their own trans, queer and Cypriot identity through their king alter ego, Turkish pop star Tarkan!
This workshop will cover the basics of masculine drag performance, including:
- Character
- Make up, facial hair
- Costume, packing and binding
- Performing
All genders welcome. Fiercely trans inclusive.

Please show up to your workshop 15 minutes early so we can get rolling on time!
PLEASE NOTE that to book a class you must already be a ticket holder for the event & you can only sign yourself up to a class (friends must sign up for themselves even if you purchased a ticket on their behalf - this gives everyone a fair chance to bag the class they want) .
