YOGA WITH STRONG + BENDY

Come by for our FREE yoga and meditation sessions with the awesome team from Strong + Bendy where you’ll be given some chill as an antidote to all the action at CAMP VC.

Get stretched out once you’ve arrived onsite after your road trip to CAMP with their Friday afternoon chilled sundown session or power up and get your head in the game with their Saturday and Sunday morning flow and meditation sessions!

FRIDAY

2-3pm –  Welcome Yoga

A class focused on hip and shoulder openining to loosen you up from your long journey to North Wales.

SATURDAY

8:15- 8:30 – Morning Meditation

Drawing from ancient South Asian wisdom traditions, this short and simple guided meditation practice offers a chance for present moment awareness and peace of mind to start the day. No experience necessary, the practice is designed to be comfortable.

8:30- 9:30 – Relaxed Vinyasa Yoga

An energising but gentle yoga class to wake you up, ease your hangover (!) and get you ready for the day. Beginner friendly.

 

11-12pm – Energising Yoga

An upbeat energising vinyasa class getting you ready for the exciting weekend ahead!

2-2:45pm - Mobility and assisted stretching workshop with Strong and Bendy

This class focuses on warming up the muscles and joints before taking them into deep assisted stretches using straps and hands on assists. This is all about relaxation and working on flexibility.

3pm - 4pm- Balance and flow Yoga

A playful yoga class including fun transitions and balances, expect some partner work so it's a perfect class to attend with a friend (or make a new one during it)

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? 

We have mats for everyone who has signed up to a space on the yoga school but if you missed out on booking a yoga class bring your own mat and you can dive in and join any class you’d like thought the weekend!

IMPORTANT CLASS INFO

  • This class is free but pre sign up is required.

  • If you sign up please make sure you attend as this is going to be a VERY popular workshop so your spot is very in demand!

  • Please show up to your workshop at the yoga meet up point located at the Red Bull fitness tent 15 minutes early so we can get rolling on time!

  • Yoga sessions are outdoor (in good weather / indoor if we have rain) but please meet by the Red Bull fitness tent ahead of the session where you will be shown to the class.

  • PLEASE NOTE that to book a class you must already be a ticket holder for the event & you can only sign yourself up to a class (friends must sign up for themselves even if you purchased a ticket on their behalf - this gives everyone a fair chance to bag the class they want) .

  • Please also remember that you can only book on this class once per person to give a chance to everyone who would like to attend to book in. If you book more than one class in your name we will cancel all but one of your bookings on that activity without warning and notify you of your one remaining session. The time of the session left will be non negotiable - Here’s looking at you - person who booked 7 (!) yoga classes last year. Tut tut!
