And if you miss out on something dont worry! There is still plenty to do onsite at the event that doesn’t require sign up so you’ll have a rad weekend no matter what.

Classes and workshops at Camp VC are VERY popular so if there is something you’d really like to book make sure you’re ready at 10am as they book up FAST!
You must already be a ticket holder to the CAMP VC 2024 event to book a class or workshop at the event.
The ticket purchaser is responsible for passing on the class sign up info to anyone that we do not have email addresses for so spread the word to your pals to avoid disappointment people!
Please note that you will not be able to sign up for anyone else apart from yourselves even if you purchased event tickets on behalf of someone else. If we find that you have signed up twice to a workshop or class in the same name we will cancel one of your sessions without prior warning.
Please do not book yourself on to a class more than once. We allow a limit of one sign up per class, per person. This is to make it fair to everyone who would like to get a spot on a class and give everyone a chance to sign up to try out everything they would love to at the event. If you book a class more than once we will have to unfortunately cancel all but one of your sessions without prior warning.
It is your own responsibility to make sure you do not book conflicting classes & workshops at the event so please ensure you have the right times people.
Although some of our classes at CAMP VC are free you must make sure that if you sign up that you definitely attend the class as our classes and workshops are very popular & people often miss out on classes they would love to do. So please be cool, only sign up once for classes that you would definitely love to attend and let the good times roll!
